Our restaurant, BISTRO TALISAY, offers a variety of food and beverage choices, both for in-house and dine-in guests. Located by the lobby of the resort, with high ceilings opening to a beautiful view of the infinity pool, ocean and islands in the horizon, the open air structure is guaranteed to wow patrons.

The laid back atmosphere paired with a touch of modern accents add to the experience of this food hall. Choices are varied and is designed to take you to a journey in tastes and textures.

From local favorites to international entrees, each dish is crafter with the freshest ingredients and attention to detail to ensure a satisfying experience.

"Off the Menu" specials and "Featured Dishes" are in the plans to highlight in season ingredients. Likewise, there are three (3) bars in the resort: one located in the restaurant, the other by the poolside, and an upcoming outlet by the beach cum November 2024. All bars shall be serving a good choice of beverage offerings from soft drinks, fresh fruit shakes, to cocktails and an assortment of wine to add to the chill charm atmosphere of this sanctuary.
